Key Responsibilities Serve as the on‑site expert and driving force whenever you're in the building Lead budtending on the sales floor with precision and authority Close registers accurately at the end of each shift Act as the primary customer liaison, maximizing every interaction for an outstanding experience Enforce processes, rules, and standards consistently—holding the team fully accountable Maintain laser focus on Quality of Experience (QoE) for every customer Handle all operational duties to ensure smooth, compliant, and high‑performing night shifts Additional responsibilities as needed to support boutique‑level excellence What We Expect – Clear KPIs for Success 100% attendance and reliability (especially critical in the first 90 days) Drive at least one five‑star customer review per team member per week through exceptional leadership Ensure 100% compliance with daily break scheduling and execution Take full accountability for accurate daily register drops and financial closeouts Qualifications Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred (budtender management experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and consumption methods; must be able to pass a product knowledge assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be 21years of age or older and able to pass a background check. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
