Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
New Improved Wages: $34 – $44.08/hour (DOE) + Shift Differentials

• Day (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)

• Evening (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm): +$1.00/hour

• Nights (10:00 pm – 6:00 am): +$3.00/hour

• Weekend (10:00 pm Friday – 10:00 pm Sunday): +$1.25/hour

• Provide and supervise quality nursing care to residents

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Maintain standards of professional nursing practice

• Document resident care accurately and timely

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Current LPN license in Washington State

• Strong clinical skills with knowledge of long-term care and rehabilitation

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
