Job Title Teller (Member Service Representative I) Location Sacramento College Greens Branch, 8725 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95826 Pay Range $22.33 - $32.38 per hour (Scheduled weekly hours: 30) What You’ll Be Doing Provide world class member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information. Follow cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and member assets. Deliver world class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance. Provide consultative services and refer members to appropriate team members to assess needs, address concerns and gain agreement. Process member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care. Contribute to departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency. Comply with regulatory compliance and training requirements, including BSA regulations, to maintain standards. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Less than 1 year of prior related experience required. Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
