This role works on large-scale projects including multi-family apartment complexes, senior living facilities, and hotels.You'll be out in the field every day, working alongside a Foreman as the go-to second on site. This is hands-on commercial plumbing work from underground and rough-in all the way through trim and finish.If you take pride in your work, know commercial plumbing, and can help guide apprentices the right way — we want to talk.Compensation and benefits include:Hourly wage is set between $48.00 and $60.00 per hour, dependent on experience.PTO + Sick Days + Paid Holidays Package - Available Day 1401K with company matchEssential job duties and responsibilities include:Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction projectsHandle underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish workRead and work from blueprints and spec sheetsWork directly under the Foreman as the second lead on siteHelp train and mentor apprentices and pre-apprenticesKeep jobs moving safely, efficiently, and up to codeMaintain clean and organized job sitesResponsible for exemplifying and promoting the Dave Jones culture and holding team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements.Schedule:Full-time Monday through Thursday, 4 x 10 hour shiftsOT running into Fridays - weekends not mandatoryPotential for overtime based on project requirements
