Doug Anderson Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Plumbing & HVAC Installer to join our growing team.This position is ideal for an installer who is comfortable completing both plumbing and HVAC equipment replacements in residential homes. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with customers, and wants to be part of a company that values doing the job right.ResponsibilitiesInstall standard and tankless water heatersInstall residential boilersInstall furnacesInstall central air conditioning systems, including condensers and evaporator coilsInstall ductless mini split systemsPerform complete equipment replacements from start to finishEnsure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsiteCommunicate effectively with homeowners and fellow team membersQualificationsExperience installing both plumbing and HVAC systemsStrong knowledge of residential mechanical systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPreferredMassachusetts plumbing and/or HVAC licensing Additional licensing and certifications, such as Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber, Massachusetts Master Plumber, EPA, Section 608 Certification, Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License, OSHA 10, or OSHA 30Experience installing equipment such as Standard Water Heaters, Tankless Water Heaters, Boilers, Furnaces, Central Air Conditioning Systems, or Mini Split SystemsAble to independently complete residential plumbing and HVAC equipment replacements with minimal supervisionWhat We OfferCompetitive pay of $38-$50/hour, based on experienceFull-time, year-round workCompany vehicleHealth and dental insurancePaid holidays and PTO401(k) with company matchUniforms providedOngoing training and opportunities for advancementLocation: North Billerica, MAIf you're an experienced installer who enjoys doing high-quality work across both plumbing and HVAC, we'd love to hear from you.
