Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing settings. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans to improve patient independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients functional abilities and diagnose OT needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possess an active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing.
• Maintain current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing therapy.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple office locations as needed.
