Sales Agent
Meet with current and perspective clients to discuss and analyze insurance needs. Provide all service needed to turn applicant to policyholder. Conduct an annual policy review and provide appropriate service to clients. Successful candidate will:
- Gather qualifying information to determine Life/Age Cycle status
- Meet with potential clients
- Present the company brochure and information, type of work we do
- Use the paper or electronic version of the Financial Needs Analysis to determine needs and interest level of each client
- If client buys, start normal application process including introduction of client manager
- If client rejects proposal, determine long-term viability and set follow up schedule
- Increase persistency of business by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with policy-owners/clients.
- Maintain 15 set appointments per week and an average of 15 referrals per week
- Manager your business using tools and software approved by The Baltimore Life Companies
