Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results. Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills. Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations. Learn basic functional and mechanical skills that will help you maintain your facility and meet customer’s quality expectations. Qualifications Bring proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer‑facing environment. Understand high‑volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.
