Northwell Transplant Institute is seeking a full-time Transplant Nephrologist to join an established team of dedicated transplant nephrologists at North Shore University Hospital on Long Island, NY. The program is one of the fastest growing kidney transplant programs in the United States. Northwell Transplant Institute offers world class organ transplant care for adults with organ failure and children in need of new heart, lung, kidney or liver transplants. The institute has the only pediatric heart transplant program on Long Island.
