FTE: 90% WORK SHIFT Variable PAY RANGE: $40.37 - $72.25 UNION: SEIU 1199-RN and LPN SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS: Retention Incentive: $10,000 Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Yes On Call Shifts: No Shift Differentials: Evening - $3.00/hour Night - $5.00/hour Weekend - $4.50/hour Premiums: Standby - $4.00/hour Charge - $3.25/hour Float - $2.50/hour Per Diem - 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits) Certification - $2.00/hour Preceptor - $2.00/hour San Exam - $500.00 JOB DESCRIPTION: Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of patients within the facility. Supports and promotes a positive image of professional nursing. Sees patients under a variety of circumstances. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. Handles emergency or crisis situations. Education • Graduate of accredited school of nursing required. Experience • Minimum two years’ experience preferred with Emergency and/or ICU experience. Licensure/Credentials • Current Washington State RN license required. • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required within 30 days of hire. • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within 6 months of hire. Preference for both PALS and ENPC within 6 months of hire, but required to have at least one within 6 months of hire, and both within 1 year of hire. • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within six months of hire. • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 30 days of hire.
