Here's what we're looking for:

• Previous customer service or sales experience required
• Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or B2B environments preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and order entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and sales teams
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Duties:

• Answer inbound calls from business customers regarding orders, inventory, and product availability
• Assist walk-in customers with purchases, order placement, and product inquiries
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the company system
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Provide product information and exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Resolve customer questions and issues professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Support daily counter sales and front counter operations
• Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned
