Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 hours per week | Rotating weekdays, weekends, and alternating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during overnight shifts
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to all infection control, PPE, and safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
• Compliance with facility dress code and PPE requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced inpatient setting
