The Opportunity
Are you a compassionate, driven sales professional looking for a career with purpose? We are seeking a Family Service Counselor to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will assist families with both immediate burial needs and proactive pre-need planning, providing clarity, guidance, and peace of mind.
What You’ll Do
- Guide & Advise: Meet with families to present cemetery options, memorial products, and pre-planning programs with empathy and professionalism.
- Build Relationships: Generate prospective leads through active outreach, follow-ups, and telephone prospecting.
- Provide Solutions: Conduct consultative sales presentations tailored to each family's unique preferences and budget.
- Manage Accounts: Maintain accurate client records, assist with paperwork, and ensure seamless service from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in consultative, direct, or relationship sales (preferred).
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone skills, active listening, and persuasive presentation capabilities.
- Professionalism: Neat appearance, refined manners, and a high degree of empathy and integrity.
- Self-Motivation: A dependable self-starter with strong organizational and prospecting skills.
