Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Customer Care in Battleboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a busy retail and dining location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with guests, team members, and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. Mon 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Tue 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Wed 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Thur 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of restaurant dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
