Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Merced ( is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (IM Physician or FM Physician) to join our growing multispecialty group in Merced, California . • Outpatient-Only Primary Care Practice - Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population in an established and growing outpatient clinic

What We Offer

• Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance

• Salary Range : $275K - $300k annually + productivity incentives

• Sign-On Bonus : Up to $125k

• Residency Stipend : $24k

• Relocation Assistance : Up to $20k

• Annual Quality Bonus: Up to $30k

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)

• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA certification

• Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
