Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
