Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Franklin, TN

PRN ONLY| 16-Hour Shifts (6am–10pm)

What You’ll Do as an LPN

As an LPN at Charter Senior Living, you will play a key role in supporting residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. Your responsibilities include:

Completing assessments and contributing to individualized care plans
Medication administration, treatment management, and clinical documentation
Monitoring resident conditions and communicating with care teams
Helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life
Collaborating closely with caregivers, nurses, and leadership
Providing compassionate care with patience, professionalism, and a warm smile
