Ability to communicate a clear vision of the community and its services.Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older person. Demonstrates strong customer service skills and telephone marketing skills. Demonstrate team and business partner skills.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in marketing to seniors, in sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality or an appropriate healthcare/personal care background preferred.An outgoing personality, superior communication skills and strong customer service orientation required.
