Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Oklahoma area. This is a field-based sales role focused on generating new business, identifying roofing and restoration opportunities, conducting property inspections, and guiding customers through the sales process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Conduct exterior property and roof inspections to identify potential repair or replacement needs
• Educate homeowners and property owners on roofing and restoration solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and project recommendations
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Represent Tier 1 Contracting professionally within the community

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, construction sales, roofing sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Comfortable working outdoors and conducting property inspections
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in roofing, restoration, insurance claims, or construction is a plus
