Material Handler

New Tech Global is currently seeking a Material Handler in Fort Worth, TX.

• This position plays a critical role in warehouse and supply chain operations by supporting receiving, inventory control, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift operating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• This role works closely with inventory management and warehouse personnel to ensure the accurate movement of materials and products throughout the facility.

• Receive, store, and distribute materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations and ensure proper part identification and rotation.
• Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with inventory investigations and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Load and unload deliveries while verifying packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pull, package, label, and stage materials for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy before shipment and maintain proper documentation.
• Transport materials and inventory to designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure timely processing of material movements.
• Support warehouse organization, housekeeping, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and training programs.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Operate material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and operational discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous sit-down forklift experience.
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and attendance.
• Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents, inventory records, and warehouse procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required.

• Previous inventory control or cycle count experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience.
