Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdriana’s Insuranceis looking for motivated, personable, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents.If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and are motivated by the opportunity to increase your income through sales performance, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company.Compensation$18.00/hour base payfor candidates without an insurance license$20.00/hour base payfor candidates with a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C) license plus a sign on bonusBase pay +Uncapped commissions and performance-based incentives for licensed and base pay+ performance-based incentives for unlicensed agentsUnlicensed agents can expect to earn more than base rate, including base pay and bonuses, depending on sales performanceTop-performing agents have the opportunity to earn significantly more, withannual earning potential of up to $200,000Sign-On Bonus Opportunity: Up to $5,000Actual earnings vary based on experience, licensing, sales performance, commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
