Assess clients' fitness levels and create customized workout plans. Provide nutrition advice and guidance to complement fitness programs. Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed. Foster a supportive and motivating environment for clients. Promote fitness programs and services to gym members. Sell gym memberships Make sales phone calls Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or equivalent). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to motivate and inspire clients. Previous training experience preferred, but not required.
