Concrete Project ManagerLocation: Livermore, CASalary: $90,000 - $110,000Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of concrete projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and forecasts.Lead project teams and coordinate activities between field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and quality.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear communication regarding project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables.Negotiate and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to achieve project objectivesQualifications5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in concrete or heavy civil.Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience with project management software and construction documentation systems.Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.BenefitsFull benefits
