CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - IN OFFICE

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a busy Employment Office team supporting associate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and enjoys helping others while maintaining strong attention to detail. **Must be able to work both either shift of 5am-1:30pm AND 7am-3:30pm. This role is 100% in office call center, NO remote/hybrid schedule**

salary: $22 - $22.75 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

• Provide accurate information and assistance to employees and associates

• Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

• Must have prior Call Center experience

• strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Clerical or administrative experience preferred

• Willingness to work extended hours as business needs require

• bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED

Additional Details:

• Interview required prior to start

• Onsite role – must be available to work in the office full time
