Work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, helping them build meaningful skills while making a lasting impact on their lives. Love working with kids? No technical experience required!
We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and full support through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process. What You'll Do:
- Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Help children build independence and confidence
- Provide one-on-one therapy in the child's home
- Collaborate with BCBAs and a supportive clinical team
- Flexible after-school schedule (sessions typically between 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM )
- Work 2–5 days per week
- Part-time position with consistent weekly hours
- $18–24/hour
- Gain valuable hands-on experience for careers in education, psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, social work, and behavior analysis
