You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate, residential and commercial loans. WE PROVIDE LEADS. MORTGAGE NMLS NOT REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIALResponsibilities:Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methodsWe provide leads so NO COLD CALLING.70/30 split on leads provided.30/70 split on self generated deals that are your own.This is commercial lending so loans avg from 1mm-50mmBack office support with pricing and structuring loansCapital Markets on the floor to price and structure loansProcessor on the floor to close loansSales Manager on the floor to guide and assistMonthly Draws availableNationwide coverageYou DO NOT NEED A LICENSE / nmlsWe pay the next day after loan closes..No taxes taken out. 1099J-18808-Ljbffr
