Director, Global Legal & Compliance

A leading construction company is seeking a Director, Legal to oversee its legal affairs globally. This role requires 10+ years of corporate legal experience, including managing litigation, compliance, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctorate and have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include advising senior leadership and managing external legal counsel.
