Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks a Youth Outreach Specialist to join the Youth Crisis Outreach Team (YCOT). You will provide crisis intervention, intensive case management, and care coordination for youth in crisis, partnering with the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team to respond 24/7 in schools, ERs, homes and clinics.
