Growing together.As the Clinical Nurse Manager you will be responsible for the management and oversight of the daily clinical operations in a service line in one or more practice locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: clinical leadership, clinical operations, patient and employee safety and satisfaction, quality care, fiscal management and personnel management. Serves as a clinical nursing resource and clinical operations partner in the areas of quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety and professional development for their designated sites/service areas.Position Details:Location:Department:Schedule: Full time, 40HRS Weekly, 5 8 hour shifts between 8am -6PM (variable)Primary Responsibilities:Administrative Scope: this is a working manager role with dedicated clinical time and 8 hours of time for administrative duties; oversees daily nursing operations for the Easton practiceClinical & Operational Leadership: Partners with Operations to ensure optimal functioning, respond to urgent issues, and lead quality and safety initiativesPractice Improvement: Uses data (e.g., Press Ganey, HOSHIN metrics) to identify and lead improvements in clinical quality and service excellenceSafety & Compliance: Owns clinical safety responsibilities, addresses safety reports, and ensures regulatory compliance across the service lineConflict & Issue Resolution: Manages patient complaints and daily operations concerns.Communication & Representation: Communicates key updates to leadership and staff; represents nursing in committees, meetings, and special projectsHuman Resources Management: Supervises clinical nursing staff, manages daily staffing, conducts performance reviews, fosters professional development, and works with Regional Nurse manager on any code of conduct concernsOnboarding & Competency: Oversees onboarding, training, and annual competency validation for clinical staff; promotes mentorship and educationProfessional Accountability: Upholds ANA Code of Ethics, engages in career development, and contributes to the profession through mentorship and presentationsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in NursingCurrent, unrestricted LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Enrolled in an LPN to RN program and successfully completing within 4 years of hireAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialtyProven ability to act cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary teamProven solid interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsDemonstrated commitment to the principals of collaboration and teamworkPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of demonstrated clinical experienceLeadership experienceWorking knowledge of organizational systems and operationsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $49,700 - $88,800 annually based on full-time employment.
