What You'll Do

As a Cook, you will play an important role in creating enjoyable and nutritious dining experiences for our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary requirements

• Ensure meals are prepared and served safely and on time

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen

• Work closely with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' needs

• Help create a welcoming and positive dining experience for our residents

• Assist with other kitchen and food service duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

• Dependability and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English is required
