Child Nutrition Manager

Maintain program integrity and accountability by complying with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as district policies and procedures. Create an environment that fosters employee productivity and satisfaction in the workplace. Communication with the Child Nutrition Director by email, telephone, voicemail, and face-to-face as necessary and as directed. Leadership for cafeteria staff in performing all tasks according to all USDA, state, and local regulations, including HACCP and Serv. Safe, including food preparation, cleaning, food receiving and storage, management of Free and Reduced student information, and finances. Accurate daily completion of Production Records, deposits, and any other daily, weekly, or monthly reports required by the Child Nutrition Director. Contacting Child Nutrition Substitutes as needed according to the Child Nutrition Director's directive.
