ER-RNPart-Time, Second ShiftBHCOR-Cor ER I Corbin, KYBaptist Health Corbin Emergency Department (ED) is a Level IV Trauma Designated unit with 28 beds that provides comprehensive, around-the-clock care to patients of all ages. The department treats a wide range of conditions, from non-emergent complaints to life-threatening illnesses and injuries. A dedicated split-flow area supports efficient evaluation and treatment of fast-track patients with lower acuity needs. Additionally, the ED includes a behavioral health intake area designed to safely assess and manage patients presenting with mental health and behavioral health concerns.Performs care requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and nursing skills based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences in the application of the nursing process. Utilizes high-level assessment skills to design and ensure multidisciplinary patient care to meet holistic needs, incorporating established practice guidelines and regulatory standards. Must possess the ability to supervise LPNs, CNAs, Techs, Unit Secretaries, and Clinical students.
