The Role

We're looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our team as a part time W-2 employee. This is not an independent contractor position. You'll be working alongside our team to provide therapeutic massage as part of integrated patient care plans, including both insurance and non-insurance visits. Overhead, materials, scheduling and patient management are all provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing therapeutic massage for patients (60-minute sessions)
• Documenting SOAP notes for insurance billing compliance and internal use
• Coordinating with Dr. Kaminski on patient treatment plans
• Building your patient base through internal referrals from chiropractic care, our current clientele base, and individuals in the community looking for high quality care

Schedule

• Monday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday:  2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Friday:  2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• 1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Week days are flexible on exact hours — we'll build a schedule that works
• Practice hours:  Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Tue 9:00 am–1:00 pm, two Saturdays per month 9:00 am-12:00 pm

Compensation

• Starting at $38–40 per 1 hour massage (30 and 90 minute slots are allowed but not typical and compensation is adjusted accordingly)
• Full compensation for no call no shows or cancellations with under 24 hours notice
• Consistent patient flow through established patient base
• Supportive, team-driven environment
• Complimentary Chiropractic care and adjunctive therapies for you and your immediate family (husband/wife and children/dependents)

Requirements

• Active Michigan massage therapy license in good standing
• Experience with or willingness to learn insurance documentation and SOAP notes
• Comfortable working in a Chiropractic clinical setting
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
