Hourly Rate Hourly rate ranges from $19.16 - $19.41 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Job Posting This posting will continuously collect applications with no end date. Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Work Hours & Physical Requirements This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and or management experience is required. Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining Guest Services. Supporting the Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations. Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff. Controlling expenses and shrinkage. Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Adhering to all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Prior retail and/or management experience. Ability to stand, walk and climb ladders more than 8 hours per shift. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
