Maintenance Mechanic II Details:

• Contract position
• $ 43.73 / hour
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (Tuesday through Saturday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm)

• Independently diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, thermal, and control-related equipment issues
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including LOTO, arc flash, and stop-work authority
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment and subsystems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and documentation on schedule
• Assist with spare parts inventory, including locating, ordering, and maintaining records
• Collaborate across the organization to achieve business objectives
• Communicate effectively and adhere to quality and compliance standards for safe product manufacturing

Maintenance Mechanic II Qualifications:

Required

• HS Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of advanced troubleshooting and repair experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and customer service orientation Experience using CMMS, Windows OS, Word, and Excel

Preferred

• Experience troubleshooting and correcting PLC, computer, and software issues
• Experience using CAD software to view and edit drawings/schematics
• Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Medical device manufacturing experience
