Direct Hire:
Day Shift 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay Rate: $60-63K What’s a typical day as Production Lead? You’ll be:

• Managing the daily execution of manufacturing operations and ensuring production schedules are met efficiently.
• Leading by example on the production floor, coaching team members, solving problems, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Enforcing company policies, quality standards, and standardized processes across all shifts.
• Coordinating labor, materials, tooling, and documentation to ensure readiness for production.
• Tracking downtime, setup performance, and production losses, and escalating issues as needed.
• Promoting cross-training, structured skills development, and continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing scrap, downtime, and waste.
• Supporting compliance with ISO 13485 standards, quality requirements, and non-conformance investigations.
• Upholding organized work areas using 5S principles and visual management practices.

• Have proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrate strong coaching, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
• Are knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement processes.
• Understand and can enforce quality standards such as ISO 13485.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and a commitment to workplace excellence.
• Are able to work across all shifts and adapt to a dynamic production environment.
• Hold a technical or manufacturing-related degree (preferred), or equivalent experience.
