A high-end kitchen appliance company located in Buford, GA is seeking (3) Long-term Customer Service Representative (Service Support Advocate) to join their team. Hours are M-F 8am to 5pm. Pay $19 per hour. Bilingual (Spanish /English) $21.50 per hour. This is a 6 month+ contract assignment

Duties

• Provide prompt and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
• Answer inquires via telephone , email and chat.
• Dispatch service calls to our network of servicers assuring the warranty status and dispatch is accurate
• Utilize our computer-based knowledge system to answer common questions to achieve resolution
• Take ownership of each interaction and exercise independent discretion and judgement to resolve customer concerns.
• Ability to gather critical information with accuracy to solve problems quickly and follow the escalation path as necessary
• Maintain regular contact with customers, being sure to thoroughly note each interaction.
• Positive attitude, maintain dependable attendance , ability to learn quickly, able to work under pressure

Qualifications:

• This position requires a high energy level and strong critical thinking and organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PC Literacy, familiarity with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• 2+ years administrative and/or Customer service experience.
