AtWork Personnel is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join our recruiting team. We are open to hiring a Junior Recruiter who is eager to learn and grow,

 

Staffing or recruiting experience is not required. We are open to training the right person who brings strong transferable skills, such as customer service, sales, supervisory experience, problem-solving, follow-up, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is a great fit for someone who is motivated, competitive, people-focused, and comfortable working toward goals and metrics.

 

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for open positions
• Support high-volume light industrial staffing needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, clients, and internal team members
• Follow up consistently and provide excellent service throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and placement coordination
• Maintain accurate candidate and job order information in the system

 

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, HR, or sales experience is a plus
• Light industrial recruiting experience is a strong plus
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
