At Apostolic Christian Skylines will go all out to make our Residents feel at home the moment they arrive at our door.Scope of Position: The primary purpose of the CNA is to perform various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the residents.Job Responsibilities:Performs CNA skills.Accepts assigned duties in a cooperative manner, willing to work any hall.Identifies special resident problems, reports them immediately to the nurse, and takes an active role to help problem solve to resolve the issues.Reviews resident profiles and perform nursing cares as outlined.Able to work independently and is flexible to work all areas when needed.Completes all documentation in assigned noted books and electronic records as related to cares given.Answers call lights as quickly as possible.Observe infection control procedures including, but not limited to, hand hygiene and wearing gloves.Always leave the resident in a safe environment and ask, "Is there anything else I can do?
