AR Specialist - Chandler

Vaco Arizona is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a leading company in Chandler! This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire role paying up to $30/hour. What You’ll Do: Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations Maintain accurate AR records and ensure timely payments. Utilize SAPfor AR tracking and reporting Prepare AR reports and analyze account data using Excel Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies What We’re Looking For: Solid background in construction AR/billing Strong SAP and Excel experience Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
