Customer Service Specialist - Banking (24/7 Support & Training)

Frost, a Texas bank with a 150-year legacy, seeks a Customer Service Specialist in San Antonio. You’ll be the first line of support, handling inbound/outbound calls, solving issues, and partnering with other teams to meet banking needs. Training lasts 8 weeks (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) and then you’ll work a permanent schedule determined with our recruiter.
