Kitchen Utility Worker - Senior Living Dining Services

The Kitchen Utility Worker plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe and organized dining environment. This position supports kitchen and dining operations by ensuring proper sanitation, equipment care and food storage standards are consistently upheld. What You’ll Do: • Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing areas • Operate dish machines and ensure proper sanitation procedures • Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils and glassware • Complete and maintain temperature, sanitation and equipment logs • Clean kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, mixers and refrigerators • Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal and sanitizing surfaces • Assist with food prep and plating as needed • Support proper storage, labeling and rotation of food and supplies (FIFO) • Maintain safe storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Assist in dining room cleaning, table resetting and light meal service when assigned • Follow all OSHA, food safety and Sunrise safety standards Kitchen Utility Worker – Help Keep Our Kitchen Clean, Safe and Running Smoothly Kitchen Utility Worker | Dishwasher | Kitchen Support | Food Service | Sanitation | Dining Services Pay Range: 15.21 - 19.01 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
