Description Part Time Hospitalist to join UNC Health Johnston in Smithfield, NC UNC Health Johnston is looking for BC/BE hospitalist to join the growing Hospital Medicine program in Smithfield and Clayton, NC. Affiliated with UNC Rex / UNCHMG, these positions involve delivering high-quality, team-based benefits, including quality bonus, CME, retirement plan, and malpractice coverage. Smithfield is located just thirty minutes from Raleigh, the vibrant state capital. We have great weather, a welcoming community, an energized downtown, and a low cost of living. Schedule: 7 am–7 pm (2–3 shifts biweekly)

Reasoning Ability High‑level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills are essential in order to diagnose medical and clinical issues presented by patients. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board‑certified in Internal Medicine.
