Healthcare Receptionist / Medical Receptionist
Location: New Lisbon, WI 53950
Duration: 26 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview:
Guardian HealthStaff is seeking a dependable and organized Healthcare Receptionist for a 26-week contract assignment at New Lisbon Correctional Institution (NLCI) in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. This position offers consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to support healthcare operations in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scanning and filing of medical records and documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient-related activities.
- Conduct file reviews and maintain accurate records.
- Process copy requests and other administrative tasks.
- Provide general clerical and office support as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling healthcare information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare office, medical receptionist, or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
