Contract Occupational Therapist – Boston, MA About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment in Boston. In this role, you’ll empower patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapy programs. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and daily living skills Train patients and caregivers in adaptive equipment and strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient progress Requirements Active Massachusetts OT license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program At least 1 year of professional experience (travel/contract experience a plus) Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Why Join Us?
