Harley-Davidson Service Manager

Responsibilities Lead and manage all operations of the Service Department. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality. Develop and mentor service team members to meet performance goals. Monitor department profitability and performance metrics. Collaborate with Parts and Sales Departments to optimize workflow and customer experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports service management. Comprehensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, service processes, and manufacturer systems. Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and accountability. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in dealership management software (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office. Ability to read and interpret service manuals, technical bulletins, and warranty policies. Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement required.
