DWB is currently hiring a Teller / Customer Service Representative at our Bowman, ND location. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions
• Open and manage personal and business deposit accounts
• Promote and explain DWB’s financial products and services
• Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and account management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or banking experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
