As the role will evolve over time, the successful candidate will show curiosity in the business, demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges, and lift our team by developing additional skills to assist and support our purpose.Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:Enthusiastically help with hiring, develop, and lead the team at your store to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle.Help with inventory management and putting away shipmentsManage a staff of approximately 20-30 Team Members & Shift LeadersHelp manage cash activities for the store (safe drops, cash drawers, etc.)Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times, while ensuring all Team Members are in compliance as wellEnsure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with Smoothie King brand standardsRecognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing tools and programs as well as finding new, creative and effective methods of recognitionPerform all duties of a Team Member, Shift Leader, and TrainerAssign, oversee, and evaluate all dutiesLead the team in preparation, sales, and service of productsEnsure all guests receive superior guest serviceHelp audit all systems and procedures for 100% accuracy and completenessWillingness to work overtime, holidays, and/or weekends if neededSpecific Job RequirementsMUST HAVE OPEN AVALIABILITY!30-40 Hours a week (Overtime if necessary)Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guests visitExceptional interpersonal skills - you are energized by working with people, both guests and your teamAct with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie KingAct with a guest comes first attitude and connecting with the guest.
