Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that foster personal growth and behavioral improvements.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities appropriate for each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly track progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure that you are supporting their journey effectively.

• Document all client interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all information is securely maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will be adept at addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Your ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to these different populations will be vital in promoting healing and resilience among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus. We believe in compensating our clinicians fairly for their dedication and expertise.
