Summary A Style Advisor delivers personalized luxury shopping experiences, builds strong client relationships, and drives sales for the boutique. The role uses an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise, provide styling expertise, and capture customer data to foster long-term loyalty. Advisors also support store operations, visual merchandising, and after-care to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Build and deepen client relationships through personalized outreach including notes, phone calls, and emails Recommend merchandise across channels using an omni-channel approach Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all categories to advise client preferences Capture customer data through discovery and personalize guest experiences Provide styling vision for seasonal product and key business essentials Support store operations, visual merchandising, inventory control, and after-care Act on NPS feedback and client insights to improve service Adhere to company policies and the brand selling ceremony Requirements Minimum 1+ years sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience Proven history of driving sales and meeting targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client-focused with the ability to anticipate client needs and concerns Strong time management and organizational skills College-level education preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
